Great team with smart, fun individuals. Incredible freedom to take initiative and chart own path at the firm. Cross-team accessibility very emphasized and practiced. Work-life balance is very respected. Delicious snacks.
Cons
Not much. Work can sometimes become removed from the real estate environment that it operates in. Training very much an "on-the-job" endeavor.
