The management top level are very friendly and the environment is relaxed. Hard work and effort is noticed.

I felt code quality was not a high priority, as long as it looked ok and worked they were happy. Bad habits thrive in this kind of environment, it is not good for personal development and could impact future jobs, especially for juniors. direct line management and project managers were not very straight talking and felt a little untrustworthy, contrast to top level management.

Forward thinking place to work, with a fast pace and great team. The environment in the office is fun and welcoming. Flexible working meant I could keep my work life balance a priority. Those who show initiative and drive will do well in this company.

At times it can be challenging for some employees to keep up with the pace and some have moved on because of this. But if you show drive and display teamwork it is a great place to work with lots of opportunity to grow.
