Pros
Compare Club has been one of the best places to work in my career thus far. It is still smallish but growing rapidly and has much potential, which is exciting to be a part of. There are not many "silos" as there is good overall team communication, so everyone is typically aware of what other teams are doing. There is even an app in place which enables people to regularly recognize each other's contributions. This helps with more streamlined collaboration as well as provides insight in other types of work. I've learned a ton from others in this way alone. Management has been superb overall. I can't speak highly enough of my immediate manager, whom I have also learned a great deal from. A true leader who brings out the positive in every individual and situation, she has no shortage of unique ideas, tackles any issue with ease, and is a strong agent of change for the company. I have always felt supported, valued, and appreciated. The CEOs are always happy to chat and open to hearing ideas anytime, and continued education is highly encouraged. CC has the best workplace culture I've ever experienced. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They showed great kindness and understanding when I had some health issues. They were eager to participate in charity events like the Mother's Day Classic and have partnered up with a fun app to encourage fitness. They know how to put on some great parties, never forgetting to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, and during this most recent lockdown, the fun committee went all out to ensure that we all got a good laugh. I will truly miss everyone I've worked with, and am grateful to have had the opportunity to work at Compare Club.
