Pros
*Fantastic culture, they clearly care about the individual enjoying their time at the workplace *Catered lunches every day, most of the time with healthy options *Snacks and beverages galore *Lots of places to sit besides "your desk" to break up the monotony *Free dinner if you work past 8pm and cab reimbursed if you work past 10pm *Open floor plan, so only a couple higher ups actually have offices. Most everyone is given equal work space *Dedicated Compass facilities staff so it's always clean, stocked, and anything broken is fixed within a day *They put a lot of effort into making sure candidates fit the culture and will get along with the company well, let alone checking references, so a lot of very smart, very future-minded people *Consistently hire best of the best, including minds from Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, Twitter, and top agents in respective regions *They promote from within the company when possible, so you can actually grow in your field *Great benefits that have an option for $0 premiums with low co-pays. 401K will soon be in place
Cons
*The fast pace is not for everyone *Explosive growth seems to constantly beat out the hiring capacity, so many fields are a bit understaffed, just from lack of being able to hire people fast enough *Occasional long hours and weekend work, based on certain projects, but as most positions are salaried there is no overtime pay.
