      M-F, out by 6 on most days, unless catering paid vac time

      upper managements can make or break your account, if they are not educated it is a trackle down effect. just depends on where you are placed

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
