      You get a great opportunity to network with other people in the company. This is a greta way to move up in the company.

      Cons

      You don't have time for family, but if you do a great job on your work and suck up a little you'll get your days off together.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
