      Pros

      Great company to work for and gain experience. Excellent team work. Plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      Management does not really care about the staff but to only get an extra bonus for themselves. The more you learn the more the make you do with out a fair raise.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
