      Convinced client to keep us on during the pandemic

      Cons

      Employees have no control what happens when contract ends - ours was handled poorly on our end. Very little notice of contract ending, unable to use sick days and they were not paid out, so they were lost. End of year 401(k) match was not prorated upon separation.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
