      Pros

      It is a great company with different facets for all. I do not have any real complaints.

      Cons

      Within my department growth opportunities aren't as high in number, it would be best to find positions within other departments. The ideals of management are also a bit ambiguous and one should probably always question what areas they believe growth should occur in order to advance.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      long ish hours, lots of walking

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
