      Pros

      I been on this Company (Compass Group ) for more then 6 years and they have a lot of opportunities to go up.

      Cons

      The management was really bad we had this boss screaming and he do not how organize schedule or be part of a new ideas o better changes. we report to HR but their answer was "He is the Boss and He knows what to do" lots of good workers give up.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
