Pros
Earned a meal when working certain hours, flexible schedule. Overall a positive experience especially given that a lot of college students were involved.
Cons
It is very difficult to get merit increases or even go up in the company. A lot of ongoing changes to hiring process can make it difficult for current employees and prospective employees.
