Pros
I love the hours. In no other restaurant setting ate you strictly morning shift off by three and no weekends it is great.
Cons
The bosses are all over the place. One tells you one way the other tells you another then depending on the day you have another seeing it and saying hey no do it this way. I did not mind the hand holding in the beginning. That is understandable. However after doing the same thing over and over you would think they would allow you to do what you know best and not micromanage but it never fails. I am a very adaptable person so I don't mind the constant change of plans however not everyone can deal with that. Also I believe I was trumped on my pay. I have years open years of restaurant experience and was paid way less than a few people who had none at all. I was in need of employment and when they asked what was the lowest Iwould go iI told them my bottom and that's what they gave me. My request mind you was less than the guy with no experience.
