      Pros

      Large company with many resources. Pre planned promotions, menu and vendors. Lots of room for parallel transfers or promotion. Diverse work force.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy. Not much room for independent or self guided growth of the unit you manage. Many corporate programs and promotions seem last minute and without implementation support.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
