      Pros

      After probation you have choice of what type of work to do.

      Cons

      Scheduling is awful, days off are usually separated and no weekends for many. Management is full of bad people who do not care about you whatsoever. You have to fight for every little thing with no initiative from managers.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
