Don't waste your time - Anonymous employee Compass Health Systems Employee Review

Total disorganization, don't really value employee's, too many inconsistencies, poor work ethic and professionalism. You have to hound for a 90 day review. Poor follow through. They go through employees daily. Just really overall poor. Look elsewhere.
