      Wide variety of opportunity for growth. Busy "Event Season" I enjoy working in a fast pace event design and delivery environment. SR Management cares about downline employees and is hands on.

      Lots of travel to events. Setting up events is physically demanding. (Some consider this a pro)

      Between your full time staff raising their voice at high school volunteers for not being perfect at your tear down instructions and having them also get absolutely soaked doing all the heavy lifting by equally heavy rain during a predicted thunderstorm while your staff either wore ponchos or stayed in your penske trucks is a very VERY bad look.
