Pros

A bad DCS will not care about how much you work and is I will to help. A GOOD DCS will support you, advocate for you, and help in the field.

Cons

The hiring is based on census and could definitely be revamped. I currently manage 75 pts on the weekends as one RN which isn’t safe and can burn you out quick!

Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
