Pros

7 days off every other week is a very nice benefit

Cons

You will not have quality of life yourself. This is ironic when their whole philosophy is quality of life for our patients. Expect to work 15 hour days on call and then the weekend it was not uncommon for me to only get 2 hours of sleep. It is brutal and not worth it.

Pros

Working at Compassus has been an incredible experience! The company truly values its employees and goes out of its way to ensure that everyone feels appreciated and supported. The work environment is collaborative and empowering, where ideas are not only welcomed but encouraged. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely cares about the professional growth of their team.

Cons

Short staffing-while this is not a current issue it was very significant for a time. I was really impressed with how they handled this situation. Despite the challenge, management acted swiftly and effectively to address the situation. They communicated transparently with the team, redistributed tasks to ensure no one felt overwhelmed, and promptly brought in additional support. It was a great example of strong leadership and teamwork.
