Pros
I’ve been here a while, originally Ctuit, pre merger, now two years into the merger, and wanted to offer my thoughts. I won’t lie, it has been tough at times, which led to some folks not being able to stick around. Significant changes have been made, and more are being made, all for the better. I see the end goal, of being the best company that focuses on what we do best, while maintaining our fun culture. Through all the challenges, I am still here because of that culture, because of the amazing people I get to work with, because leadership supports me and my decisions, because top leadership asked for our feedback and are truly acting upon that feedback, because I learn something new every day, but most importantly because of the work-life balance. We have an opportunity to make a difference for our customers, for ourselves, and for each other, and are empowered to do so.

Workload is difficult to manage at times, some processes still not aligned since the merger, some departments focused on their own agendas and not how their actions impact other departments
