Poorly ran management, Unmotivated employees, Unmoral tactics, Money driven with no understanding of moral values. Preach the same nonsense to an extent of only caring if you make them money rather than how they can help you grow. Absolutely no accountability for those who do not follow the guidelines. Manipulators with bad intentions to hit numbers.
