The new GM is the problem, she hires who she wants and the new owner doesn't even care. She is a bully, will run this community to the ground like other companies she has destroyed. She threatens everyone within staff meetings that she will find out who is talking bad about her and she needs to look at herself. She changes everyone from one location to another ones to keep the heat off of her so she can bully you more. Board Members are calling old managers that left for help on where they went as they don't want to be at a company that nickel and dimes them within the contract. Managers that were at the beginning of time when the company was founded are no longer and the current managers are useless that take their place due to being overworked. The new owner doesn't care about his employees as he is just looking at the company and communities they manage as cash cows as he doesn't know how to communicate to anyone and just states to talk to the GM, who in turns bullies them. What a sad place this company is and that certain people are being let good and the ones that are the brown nosers are being promoted. They all talk a good game while you are in the interview but be forwarned that they will make you work long hours, lower place, share an assistant, accounting is clueless as they have their own issues by causing issues with each other. Bad, bad, bad place to work; don't do it. It is not the same was it was when Mr. Williams owned it. Miss him dearly and would still be there is he was still driving the bus!
