      Some of the staff are amazing to work with

      CEO hires his friends, if you’re a woman you have no chance unless you have blond hair and blue eyes and walk around with your breasts hanging out. CEO fired HR, new person is great but feel sorry for her as I am sure they will fire her too as she is brown and not white!

      Rapidly growing, great providers, personable upper management

      Cons

      Extremely micromanaging, heavy workload and not much autonomy at all. Meetings consist of the department director giving a monologue the entire time. No engagement in meetings-you just have to be a good listener.
