Authority, Responsibilty, and Respect. Great environment. Everyone is helpful. Casual environment. All work hard. Everyone is willing to assist anyone within the team. All do whatever it takes.
Cons
Sometimes there is a fair amount of travel which is difficult because of remote locations and weather conditions. Travel can be necessary on short notice.
