They will be nice to your face and talk behind your back the second you’re not there. They laugh and pick on candidates/ clients and employees for sport and trash their personal lives. They completely underpay commissions by a landslide and their benefits are expensive and suck. They behave and speak like they are better than you and exercise favoritism.
