improvements to product can be slow, need to hire more people in finance

The product makes sense, it helps companies and is required by law. There is competition but product updates can make the company into a leader in its category. The main challenge will be in the coming years. If the transition can be made, then this can become a special company.

A lot of changes, normal for the phase it's in. If the company cannot transition to this new phase, all this potential goes to waste.
