Pros
Great pay, even for entry-level employees, good insurance policies, full time work, overtime available, great place to work and build up your resume, some of the higher ups really do care and want to see people succeed. PLENTY of work to go around!
Cons
Company does not abide by its own values, management distrusts employees, people often get 'walked out' after putting in quit notice, not a career job, although I put it as a pro, overtime can also be a con if you don't want it, not everyone wants to live at work. A lot of management is uninformed but will tell you how to do your job. There are definitely some company bullies and there's some inappropriate stuff that goes on.
