The owner always goes above and beyond not only for his customers but employees as well. I have personally seen this first hand for two years. Very close knit, family feel environment. Unlike most owners, he is always in the field working side by side with his service technicians, teaching and training them all the different dynamics of air compressors. Not to many companies will you receive hand on hand training with the owner. With his 25+ years of air compressor experience, he knows exactly what to do and how to do it in a very timely manner. If you are willing to learn and excel, you will always be rewarded. There's always room to grow within the company, for business is booming!
