I cannot write a single Pro without being sarcastic. If you're one of those who want to spent their day doing nothing, this is TOLERATED. In that case it could be the right for you.
Cons
Absolutely no room for progress or training. If someone from HR is reading this, they might consider replying me that they have Totara as a learning platform. This is an absolute joke. Diversity in engineering: 90% male, 90% white. Waiting on a simple request from HR - 4 weeks. Absolutely no one to guide you or give you feedback. Only goal is to get more customers. They are revolted and demanding contract cancelling after 1 week of use of the systems.
