Compulink is a highly unique small business in the IT industry. A workforce of 15 people at the moment. The company goals are clear and they provide the right tools for the company to grow, you just need to be sure you're ACTUALLY taking advantage of the tools. This place is great if you do not like the stiff corporate environment. You get to work closely with all departments and there are zero frills. The work ethic is tough but it can be rewarding if you dedicate yourself to understanding the job. Compulink offers cool perks, Summer Fridays, Happy Hours, Free Lunch on Summer Fridays, Outings and partner events. As a full time employee they also provide health benefits, saving plans, commuter benefits and a knowledgeable staff who can help. The upper management invested in growing the firm, which has been beneficial for the employees and environment. I am excited to see what comes next.

Since this is a small company, we are at times spread thin and we need to wear multiple hats. It gets hard to understand what task to complete next.
