Pros
1> HR VP is really good and helpfull. 2> Canteen is small but food is awesome. 3> Accounts team really good to co-operate. 4> Security guards are always protective and warm. 5> Salary credit time is always awesome. 6> Admin team (HR) is also good.
Cons
1> Salary offering minimal. No expectation for appraisal. 2> Personal relationship is highly matter over there. More polish to the Manager, more you get the funny timings. 3> Top management is not all looking for grass root level employees. They blindly believe in Manager's view (offcourse,its matter) but Managers can be "vicious" and "falsified" the facts - they should remember and know. 4> More butter,more fun . 5> No true Leadership is notifying there. Only local "fish market logic" maintaining. 6> No respect for real values. Retensions are not following.
