A crap company, will take multiple interviews and set hight expectations. On the day of joining, you will be given offer letter of inforprolearning instead of compunnel. Infoprolearning is an E-learning division. Designers who are interested in Websites and Mobile will have their dreams shattered on the very first day. They will ask you to design PDFs & PPT in the name of UI designing. Coming to UX. They only speak about it, when it comes to implementation, your ideas doesn't matter. You are forced to do only what AVP has told you to. We're like trained donkeys for them. Do what you are told to. No productivity, no creativity.
