Nice co-workers, always paid in time, ticket restaurant benefits.
Cons
TL and DM (most of the times these last ones) want L1 to work like machines even if it's an IT service desk and not a customer service. By the time I've been working there, things are changing into a real customer service, as the important is to log tickets and not solve issues.
