      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Knowlegeable management team and very responsive. Everyone I have dealt with within the company is friendly and knowledgeable within their area of expertise. Everyone is always willing to go that extra mile for not each other but all of our customers.

      Cons

      Would like more training to keep up with the ever changing technology. We do have an online training center, which I have not used and will need to look into accessing that.

      CTG is part of Cegeka, which is a big European company that offers depth in the IT arena. If you want to learn more about how an IT department should be run, they have a lot of playbooks you can use.

      Its a big company and hard to find things or people who can help you easily.
