3yWe appreciate your feedback and shout out to our managers who frequently receive accolades from employees. Managers build relationships of trust with their employees, empowering them to grow and be successful in their role. In our recent Great Place to Work survey, 91% of respondents said that managers trust them to do a good job without looking over their shoulders, which illustrates the environment of trust that we promote. We agree with you that remaining in contact when contracts end is beneficial to employees and CTG. We will continue to encourage managers and recruiters to keep in touch with employees after an assignment completes. We also invite all current and former employees to connect with us on our social networks Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn so they can hear about business updates and new opportunities.
