Pros
Computer Tree offers a good set of benefits, management outlines what they want from you and then they get out of the way until you hit a road block. Then they help you over come any hurtles so you can be successful in your job
Cons
Small company, so you have to wear many hats. You have to motivate yourself, they don't stand over you and tell you what to do. Because they are small, you don't get a ton of leads for selling.
