The smaller team and small business atmosphere creates a situation where you really feel like you can provide a tangible benefit to members of your community and the team as a whole.

Workplace culture at Computiverse is weird. You're are like a friend and everyone pals around, you're treated equal and expected to put in and carry as much weight as the owner. This is really nice for personal growth, but you are far from paid as a part owner. Expect to be called on your days off, contacted outside of business hours, denied PTO last minute, and have uncomfortable conversations about how your personal life affects your position here.
