No micromanaging and Collaborative environment

Limited growth within company. Old school style of management

Comstock Resources has the resources to become a growing company. Many of the people are very talented, but after selling the Permian, needs to find a niche in the emerging shale boom.

I do not know of any downside to working at this company. The leadership team is very focused and if there is anything negative to say, it would be the communication is at times very limited. I enjoyed my time there.
