* Corrupt HR department that does not work with employees to solve issues. Prefers to side with managers instead. * Mulitple Layoffs * Horrible morale * Managers allowed to belittle and abuse employees * No incentive for employees to grow or move up into better positions * Management not open to new ideas or way of doing things * Minimal pay and bonuses
