Pros
The mission and impact of this work are truly inspiring. There’s nothing more meaningful than helping people grow their families. Many of the frontline employees are wonderful to collaborate with and consistently do an excellent job supporting one another.
Cons
The organization struggles with a toxic leadership culture characterized by micromanagement and favoritism. Benefits are not always transparent—for example, while unlimited PTO is advertised, there appears to be an unspoken limit in practice. Compensation is also below market for many roles, including both frontline staff and leadership positions. Additionally, the company does not have a formal Human Resources department, leaving employees without a dedicated resource to address concerns or advocate on their behalf.
