      Pros

      Great learning experience, great benefits, and for the most part great CENTER leaders.

      Cons

      Too many upper management positions with little to no knowledge of the inner workings of center flow. Number crunchers that are likley to lose more quality employees to competitors. Atmosphere is heading toward a revolving door for employees. Seniority not recognized, so no real incentive to grow with company....

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
