      The best reason to work there is a chance to utilize your skills. Chance to meet different people.

      Cons

      No teamwork. No holiday pay unless you use pto. No over time

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
