      Pros

      I've meet some very nice people, and learned some knew skills, while under humana, family health was important

      Cons

      Unsure what department is going to be next on the coping block, more focused on quantity than quality any more

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
