They have a great PTO package, and the longer you're there the more PTO you'll get
Cons
Not enough staff Overbooked schedule with not enough doctors Heavily focused on numbers (e.g. wait times, length of stay, check out times, appointment numbers) Somewhat unrealistic goals for bonuses, it felt like they just dangle the possibility of a bonus over your head
