Company does not follow through on even simple pay structure promises. Low pay, increased work load does not align with pay increases leads to unhappy work force and higher than necessary turn over of quality staff.

Good culture, good people, the work isn't too bad

Not fulfilling, pay way too low for the amount of work. Not nearly enough in this economy.
