Pros
Upper management is very involved with trying to improve the company at all levels. The office staff is very helpful and quick to respond to requests and questions. The company works in all areas of electrical such as commerical, industrial, residential/multi-family and service.
Cons
Most of the project managers are quite bad at responding to emails and phone calls and even getting out to a site to assist as promised with no notice or reasoning. They often under bid jobs to the point the cost ends up doubling up on the customer. Weak journeymen running jobs that make no effort to help apprentices learn and improve, and no pressure from upper management to change that pattern
