Great management, great co-workers, great benefits and pay.

Company had to lay off a lot of employees because we lost business due to the covid.

The entire team of account managers to the creative group was small, which made it very easily to collaborate with each other. Whether stopping in the hall way to have a quick stand up meeting or stopping into the presidents office, everyone was very welcoming and willing to help out.

They still use a lot of the old marketing processes, which can cause hold ups and delays in projects. The team comrade was lacking. There were very little celebrations or team activities, which made the environment feel a little cold at times.
