Pros
- Flexible working culture (doesn't mean that flexible working hours) - Motivation indeed, but no pressuring situation - Fun & Friendly atmosphere - No specific dress code, you can wear whatever you want until its decent enough - Decent Machine with licensed softwares to work with - Sr. / Jr. classification indeed in terms with work, yet MD's interaction on almost equal level to each employee irrespective to his / her tenure or experience - Understanding management who will understand each employee's personal life problem, and at times will not only give consultation yet financial assistance as well - Saturday & Sunday week-offs - Process oriented approach for almost everything, so some may like it and some may not; yet, again flexibility applies wherever needed - Client communication opportunity to almost each and every individual - MD is ready to listen each and every individuals problem, and if possible will try to resolve it - Supportive & Guiding colleagues (literally you can ask anyone about his forte and he / she will guide you) - Not as big as any MNC, yet have executed and is working on quite a few MNC level projects - Yearly trip, a few one day picnics, R&R function, occasional luncheon / dinner, tech sessions, etc.
Cons
- 2 Year bond Yet apart from the bond, the below listed is something that i've heard that others have experienced and not me personally - Appraisal policy - No exposure to new technologies (personally i've seen people working on DNN, Kentico, Umbraco, RoR (R&D), quite a few not so well-known Open Source frameworks (R&D) & development, Cross platform developments on a few barely known frameworks - so not sure why people are complaining about no new work / exposure - Sometimes management do fail to understand the employees sentiments. Yet, we are all humans after all. Based on my 15+ years of professional experience, i won't say that Concept Infoway is the best company, yet its not bad either. It lies somewhere between Good & Best - overall, the company is still on a learning curve. So am I, and we all are.
