The only thing I can think of, that could be a “con” is the heavy work load…. However, with that said, at the end of the day this is a biotech startup…. And as with any biotech startup, you have to want to work A LOT…. but it pays off. As for work life balance…. Anyone who works in the marijuana industry knows, you never really stop working. Nights, weekends, holidays…. There’s always work to be done in this field.
