Pros
If you are a hard worker and driven to learn new things, there is a lot of room for upward movement within the company. If you are a full time employee you have benefits and retirement which is fantastic! You also have perks within the facility you work that is usually only for the members of your club. The staff, club level and corporate, are all amazing people to work with and are more then willing to help you to succeed in all you do.
Cons
You have to be extremely flexible with your social/home life schedule. You have to be available to work any event starting and ending at various times. There is no set schedule for planning anything personally. There is a lot of staffing turnover (which could just be because of the demands of the job), and there are several corporate rules that are outdated and should be re-evaluated.
