Pros
Great People and some Awesome Customers I deal with on a day to day basis. I enjoy the job very much when we are all on the same page and everyone is communicating, things go very well. To meet with the customers is a lot of fun and we really have a good time working together.
Cons
Long Hours and some difficult employees and customers. In our busy season it can be very hectic and very annoying when you have employees calling off at the last minute. It makes my job hard to do when I am short staffed.
